What is the Customer Inbox?
The Customer Inbox is a special feature available inside the Bally Bet and Bally Rewards mobile apps. It’s your personal space for receiving important messages and updates directly from Bally. (Note: The inbox is not currently available on the website.)
What types of messages will I receive?
You may receive:
- Offers and promotional messages
- News about new games or features
- Updates about major app changes (sometimes with targeted videos introducing new features)
- Retention offers
- Important communications you might miss if you’ve turned off push or email notifications
Why is the Inbox helpful?
The Inbox makes sure you receive important information and offers—even if you’ve opted out of push notifications or marketing emails. This way, you don’t miss updates about new features, promotions, or major releases.
How do I know if there’s a message in my Inbox?
When you open the Bally Bet/Bally Rewards app, look for the Inbox feature—new messages will be highlighted for you.
Can I access the Inbox on the website?
No, currently the Customer Inbox is only available on the mobile app. If the feature becomes popular, it may be added to the website in the future.
Will the Inbox change over time?
Yes, the current Inbox is an early version (MVP), and improvements may be made as the team receives feedback and sees how customers use it.
What should I do if I don’t see any messages?
If you don’t see any messages, check back soon. Messages may appear for promotions, new features, or major updates when available.
