Step 1
If at any time you would like to register a complaint, you must first file a patron dispute with BallyBet before filing with the regulator. All claims or disputes should be raised with our Customer Support team at support@az.ballybet.com. Our trained and experienced staff will be happy to help and will respond to you within 72 hours of receiving your complaint.
Step 2
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the resolution proposed by BallyBet, you have the option to lodge a complaint with the Arizona Regulator by submitting the Contact Form on the Regulator’s website here.
MARYLAND
Step 1: Try to Resolve the Issue with the Operator

Step 3: What Happens Next?
- The regulatory agency will review your complaint and may contact us to help resolve the issue.
- If needed, you may be advised to pursue Small Claims Court (for amounts under $5,000) or other options.
- You can also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for independent mediation or arbitration.
