Bally Bet is currently live in several states.
For sports betting only, Bally Bet is available in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and Tennessee. For casino gaming only, Bally Bet is available in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. For both casino games and sports betting, Bally Bet is available in New Jersey.

Getting Started With Bally Bet

• You can create an account with Bally Bet from anywhere in the U.S.
• To place real money wagers, you must be physically located in one of our active states.
• If you visit an active state, your account will be ready—there’s no additional setup required.

How to Switch Between Sports and Casino

• On Desktop: The desktop site provides access to Casino only. Sports betting is not available on desktop, you’ll need to download the app to access the sportsbook.
• On Mobile: After you log in, look for "Casino" or "Sports" in the bottom navigation bar, located in the bottom left corner. Tap the section you want to access.
