A Loss Limit is a useful Responsible Gaming tool to help you manage how much you’re willing to lose while playing on our site. It can be set for a daily, weekly, or monthly timeframe, and always includes any losses you’ve already incurred during your selected period. Before confirming, you’ll have the chance to review your current limit, the new limit, your past losses, and the remaining amount you can lose in the period.

Please note: Loss Limits are only available in certain jurisdictions. This feature is currently supported in Illinois, New York, Tennessee, and New Jersey.

How to Set a Loss Limit

1. Log into your Bally Bet account.
2. Click the Menu button in the top left.
3. Scroll down to Play Responsibly.
4. Select Safer Gaming Tools.
5. Choose Loss Limits.
6. Select one or more timeframes: Daily, Weekly, and/or Monthly.
7. Enter your desired dollar amount.
8. For Illinois players only: Select a Duration Period and manually input the duration based on the limit type you chose:
   1. Daily Limit: Enter the number of days (minimum 3 to 365 days).
   2. Weekly Limit: Enter the number of weeks (minimum 1 to 52 weeks).
   3. Monthly Limit: Enter the number of months (minimum 1 to 12 months).
9. Confirm that your new limit will include your prior losses from the chosen period.
10. Click Save Loss Limits to proceed.
11. Review your changes and click Confirm.

A Loss Limit stays in effect until you actively change or remove it.

• If you decrease your Loss Limit, the change takes effect immediately.
• If you increase or remove your Loss Limit, the update only takes effect after the current period ends and one additional period has passed. You must also confirm the change within your account.

Loss Limits will not affect your ability to deposit or withdraw funds, and canceled withdrawals do not count toward your limits.

Viewing Your Limit History (NJ, PA, RI and IL Only)

If your account is registered in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island or Illinois, you can view your deposit limit history:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click the Menu button.
3. Scroll to Play Responsibly.
4. Select RG Limit History to view limits applied over the past 12 months.
