Please note: Loss Limits are only available in some states—currently, you can use this feature if your account is registered in NY, TN, or NJ.

What Is a Loss Limit?

A Loss Limit is a Responsible Gaming tool that allows you to set the maximum dollar amount you’re willing to lose over a set period—choose from daily, weekly, or monthly limits to fit your budget. This helps you avoid spending more than you intend.

• Once your Loss Limit is set and you click ‘Confirm,’ it takes effect immediately and includes any prior losses within your selected period.
• Example: If you set a weekly loss limit of $250 and have already lost $25, you’ll have $225 in loss allowance remaining for the week.
• If you reach your Loss Limit, you won’t be able to incur further losses until the next reset period begins. The limit stays in place until you change or remove it.

Making Changes to Your Loss Limit

• Reducing (lowering) your Loss Limit takes effect immediately.
• Increasing or removing your Loss Limit requires a waiting period. Changes will become active after the current limit period ends, plus one additional period.
• You’ll need to confirm any increase or removal within your account for it to take effect.

Important Information About Loss Limits

• Loss Limits do not affect your ability to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Canceled withdrawals do not count toward your loss total.
