- You have available funds in your account (bonus funds are not included).
- There are no active bonus wagering requirements.
- There are no pending identity document requests.
How to Make a Withdrawal
To withdraw funds:
- Log in to your account.
- Open the menu and select Wallet > Withdraw.
- Choose your preferred withdrawal method to proceed.

- To add a new withdrawal method, simply deposit using that method first—afterward, it will appear as a withdrawal option.

Tennesse
If you're in Tennessee, you'll be asked to complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by entering a one-time passcode (OTP) sent via SMS before making a withdrawal. This security step helps protect your account. If you’ve already signed in using MFA during your current session, you won’t need to enter the code again.
