Withdrawing to your bank account is quick and easy—once you’re enrolled!

Whether you’re using ACH/Instant eCheck or Trustly, the process is simple. Just select your enrolled bank account, enter the amount you'd like to withdraw, and click Confirm—that's it!

How to Withdraw Using Trustly
*Please note: A successful deposit via Trustly is required before you can withdraw using this method.

• Log into your account and go to Wallet > Withdrawals.
• Select Online Banking under the Instant Payout section.
• Enter your withdrawal amount.
• Your previously linked bank account will be automatically selected.
• Click Withdraw to submit your request.

How to Withdraw Using ACH/Instant eCheck
*To withdraw using ACH, you’ll first need to enroll by providing the following information:

• Your driver’s license number
• Your routing number
• Your bank account number

Once enrolled, simply:

• Log in and go to Menu > Wallet > Withdraw.
• Select ACH and your bank account.
• Enter your withdrawal amount.
• Click Confirm to complete your request.
