Withdrawing your funds directly to your bank account is quick and easy—just make sure you’re enrolled for the withdrawal method you want to use.

Option 1: Withdraw Using Trustly

Note: You'll need to make a successful deposit using Trustly before you can withdraw with this method.

1. Log in to your account and go to Wallet > Withdrawals.
2. Select Online Banking under the Instant Payout section.
3. Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw.
4. Your previously linked bank account will appear automatically.
5. Click Withdraw to submit your request.

Option 2: Withdraw Using ACH/Instant eCheck

Note: Before your first ACH withdrawal, enroll by providing:

• Your driver’s license number
• Your bank routing number
• Your bank account number

Once you’re enrolled:

1. Log in and go to Menu > Wallet > Withdraw.
2. Select ACH and choose your bank account.
3. Enter your withdrawal amount.
4. Click Confirm to complete your withdrawal request.
