NEW JERSEY
You can withdraw funds from your Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino account at the Cashier Cage at Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino (1900 Pacific Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401).
- Minimum withdrawal: $50.
- How to request: Go to Wallet > Withdraw > Cash at Casino.
- Once submitted, allow up to 72 hours to receive your voucher code by email, which you’ll need to pick up your funds.
Unless withdrawing your full balance, withdrawals must be rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
Cage withdrawals made during business hours (7:30 AM–5:30 PM) are typically reviewed in real time. Requests outside these hours may take longer.
Important: You must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches your account details. If your account requires verification, please allow up to 72 hours after submitting documents before requesting a cage withdrawal.
All approved withdrawals are processed immediately once the voucher is issued.

You can withdraw funds from your Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino online account at the Cashier Cage at Bally's Twin River Lincoln or Bally's Tiverton.
Please note: Your funds must be picked up at the same location where the withdrawal was requested.

For first cage withdrawals, you may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID along with a selfie holding the ID just below your chin and supporting documents to verify payment method details.
All document and withdrawal reviews are conducted online only by our Team between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Please note this can not be done by cage personnel.
Once approved, you will receive a voucher code by email. The voucher code is valid for 7 days. If not picked up within that timeframe, the funds will be returned to your online account.
Note: At pickup, you must bring the same valid photo ID used during verification to confirm your age, identity, and state of issue. If you deposited using a debit card, you may also be required to present the card at pickup.
Withdrawals are processed immediately once verified.
