You’re eligible if you have an account with BallyBet, Bally Casino, or any participating Bally retail location, and you may need to link your accounts and opt in through Bally Rewards.

- Click “Opt In”
3. How do I view my rewards?
To see your rewards:
- While logged in navigate to the History.
- Select the Rewards tab at the top of the screen.
Here, you’ll find all your rewards and loyalty activity in one easy place.
At the top, you can also choose a time period (like the previous 12 months) and filter between different types of loyalty (Interactive Loyalty or Retail Loyalty).
4. How do I use my Bally Bucks?
Redeem your Bally Bucks in the app for things like bonus bets, cash, or other special offers—options may depend on your location.
You can redeem your BallyBucks to either Casino Bonus or Sports BonusBet.
Once redeemed the CasinoBonus can be used for place Casino Wagers and Sports BonusBet can be used to place Sports Wagers.

Whenever you place certain sports bets or play qualifying online casino games, you earn Bally Bucks—points that add up as you play.
Which bets give me Bally Bucks?
- Straight Bet
- Parlays (combining several bets)
- Same Game Parlays (multiple bets in one game)
- Approved online casino games
Which bets don’t count?
- Canceled or voided bets
- Bets cashed out early
- Bets that do not meet the applicable odds
- Bets placed with free bets, tokens, or promo credits (unless part of a special offer)
How many Bally Bucks do I get?

8. What are Tier Credits and how do they work?
Tier Credits help measure your activity and move you to higher loyalty statuses, like Pro, Star or Super Star (Please note Legend and Champion on Invite only tiers)
Important: Players earn tier credits for online spend as well in NJ for both Casino and Sports.
Tier Credits are only earned by playing at participating retail (in-person) locations. You do not earn Tier Credits from online play.
When you earn enough Tier Credits at retail locations, you’ll move up tiers and unlock more perks. Your tier is kept for 12 months, and Tier Credits reset every January 1.
9. What if I play both online and at retail locations?
You earn Bally Bucks for both online and retail play, but only your retail (in-person) activity counts toward Tier Credits and loyalty status.
10. Do any bets or plays not earn points?
Yes. You won’t earn Bally Bucks for:
- Bets voided or canceled
- Bets cashed out early
- Bets that do not meet the applicable odds
- Bets placed with free bet credits or certain promo offers (unless specified)
- Bets on blacklisted events or markets
Remember: Tier Credits are earned through retail and Online play.
11. How quickly do I get my rewards and credits?
- Bally Bucks: Usually within minutes, right after your bet settles.
- Tier Credits: Updates are done after playing at retail locations and may take a little longer to show.
12. Do my points or tiers ever expire?
- Bally Bucks: Expire after 365 days of no activity.
- Tier Credits: Reset every January 1, but your status is kept for 12 months.
