How to Qualify

How is my Reload calculated? 

Your reload is based on your net losses during the 7-day qualifying period:

• If your net loss exceeds 90% of your first deposit at any point during the 7 days, you'll receive Bonus Money equal to the full value of your first deposit (up to $100).
• If your net loss does not exceed 90% of your first deposit by the end of the 7 days, you'll receive Bonus Money equal to your net loss (up to $100).

You can only receive one or the other — either the First Deposit Bonus Money Reward or the Total Wager Bonus Money Reward, whichever occurs first. There is a limit of one reward per account.

How is "Net Loss" determined? 

Your net loss equals your Total Wager minus your Total Winnings (and must be greater than $0).

• Total Wager includes wagers made with both cash and Bonus Money.
• Total Winnings includes all cash won from your wagering, plus any cash or Bonus Money credited to your account from any promotion or activity before and during the 7-day period.

How and when will I receive my Bonus Money? 

Your reward will be credited to your account within 3 business days of qualifying. If any technical issues occur, please allow up to 5 business days for completion. We appreciate your patience!

Which games count toward this promotion? 

This promotion applies to online casino play only. Games played in demo mode are excluded.

Are there wagering requirements on the Bonus Money? 

Yes, but it's easy. You must wager through your Bonus Money 1x (one time) on any casino games before any winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Bonus Money is wagered through before your cash balance.

When does my Bonus Money expire? 

You have 7 days from the date the Bonus Money is issued to your account. Any unused Bonus Money after 7 days will expire, and any winnings tied to unmet wagering requirements will be void and forfeited.

Can I withdraw my Bonus Money? 

Bonus Money is not redeemable for cash. Once you meet the playthrough wagering requirement, any related winnings become available to withdraw as cash or to wager.

Can a withdrawal affect my eligibility? 

Yes. A withdrawal of any kind from your account, at any time before or during the 7-day qualifying period, will automatically disqualify you from the promotion. Closing your account during the promotional period will also disqualify you.

Important Detail: Rhode Island Restriction

Any Bonus Money awarded to a Rhode Island player is restricted to use in Rhode Island and cannot be used in any other jurisdiction. Likewise, Bonus Money awarded for play in another jurisdiction cannot be used in Rhode Island.
