How do I make a deposit?
Making a deposit is simple and only takes a few steps. You can have one active payment method at a time, but you’re free to switch if there are no pending withdrawals.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to state regulations, credit card deposits are not permitted in Rhode Island, Tennessee, Iowa, Virginia or Massachusetts. Players in these states may use debit cards and all other accepted deposit methods.
Step-by-Step Guide to Depositing Funds
- Click the Menu button in the top right corner or the 'Deposit' button.
- In Account Menu, select Wallet.
- Click on Deposit.
- Choose your preferred payment method, follow the prompts and click Confirm. This sets it as your active method for your next deposit.
Important Note: Availability of payment methods may vary by location or jurisdiction, and some options displayed may not be available in your state.
Changing Your Payment Method
You can switch payment methods anytime, as long as no withdrawals are pending.
What if I Entered Account Details Incorrectly?
You cannot edit the details for an existing payment method. To fix an error, simply add your card or bank account again as a new payment method.
