If you’re not ready to close your account completely, you might prefer a ‘Cool Off’ period. This gives you a temporary break from play, lasting between 3 days and 4 weeks. In Pennsylvania, this period can be extended up to 4 months. You can set this from the Responsible Gaming page, but please note it cannot be ended early once activated.
Account Balance and Funds
