Why We Ask for ID and What Documents You’ll Need
To keep your account secure and meet KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements, we’re required by law to verify your identity and confirm that all players are 21 or older. If documents are needed, we’ll notify you via email or an on-site message with full details.
Accepted Documents:
Proof of ID (Photo):
• Driver’s License
• Passport
• Government-issued Photo ID
Proof of Address (dated within 3 months):
• Utility Bill
• Bank or Credit Card Statement
Proof of Card Ownership:
• Front and back of the card used to deposit
(Show first 6 & last 4 digits, name, and issuer; cover the middle digits & CVV)
Proof of Bank Account:
• Statement showing your name, bank name/logo, and account number (last 4 digits are fine)
We may also request additional documents, such as a Social Security Card, to complete the process.
All documents are handled securely and used solely for account verification.
