How do I update a deposit method?
The process is quick and easy!
Important Information: To keep things simple and secure, you can have only one active payment method at a time. If your balance is over $10, you won’t be able to change your deposit method.
To change your payment method, just follow these steps:
• Click on 'Menu'.
• Scroll down to 'Wallet.'
• Click on 'Deposit.'
• Select the method you wish to use and click 'Confirm.' This will set it as your active payment method for your next deposit.
If you’ve entered your account details incorrectly, you won’t be able to edit them directly. However, you can add the card or bank account as a new payment method.
