Why do I need to enter a PIN code to verify my account?
To help protect your identity, a one-time verification code is sent to your phone during registration. This code can’t be resent, so if it expires or doesn’t work, no worries—we’ve got another easy way to verify your account.
Simply send a clear photo of your government-issued ID (like a driver’s license) along with a selfie either through live chat or by emailing our Verification Team. Once reviewed, your account will be verified—this process can take up to 72 hours, and you’ll get an email once it’s complete.
